The MoXie Viewer is software that enables you to synchronously view video and concurrently acquired signals (e.g. measured electromyograms (EMG), ground reaction forces, joint angles and three-dimensional marker data).

The MoXie Viewer is developed at the VU University Medical Center by Lia Out (Data Processing and IT Department) in co-operation with Caroline Doorenbosch and Jaap Harlaar (Rehabilitation Medicine).

The MoXie Processing Tool (MoPro 1.3.2) enables the user to generate videoreports (PDF) from videofiles, mark initial contacts from video data to generate time-normalized EMG data, to correct force offset and to edit specific text fields. Subsequently, the processes results can be viewed in the MoXieViewer.

MoXie is a free abbreviation of the words Movement and XML data format. Data files suitable for the MoXie Viewer have the extension *.MOX.
